What to send us
A brief description of your category, your current understanding of your multicultural audience, and what specifically you are trying to figure out is enough to get started. You do not need a finished research brief, a rough sense of the question is a fine starting point.
If you already have data suggesting a disconnect with Hispanic or multicultural consumers, whether that is sales trends, survey data, or just an internal hunch, mention it. It helps us scope the right research approach faster.
What happens next
We read every inquiry and respond with either a proposed approach and rough scope, or an honest note if the engagement does not fit what we do well. From there, most engagements start with a short discovery conversation before any formal research plan is written.
For urgent timelines tied to a product launch or campaign date, mention that up front so we can confirm whether the scope is realistic against your deadline before committing to anything.
Who typically reaches out
Most inquiries come from brand, marketing, and CX leaders at established companies who have noticed a gap between how their product performs with the general market and how it performs with Hispanic or multicultural consumers specifically, but have not yet had the research to explain why. If that describes where your team is right now, this is exactly the right starting point.
We also regularly hear from teams earlier in the process, who suspect there is an opportunity but have no data yet either way. That is a perfectly reasonable starting point too. Part of an initial conversation is often simply helping a team figure out what the right first question to research actually is.
Whichever stage you are starting from, the same principle applies. A clearer question up front leads to a tighter, more useful research plan, so we would rather spend a bit of extra time getting that question right before scoping the work itself.
It is also worth saying plainly that not every inquiry turns into an engagement, and that is fine. If your team's question is better answered by a general UX audit or a straightforward market sizing exercise, we will say so directly rather than stretching our own scope to fit a question that does not really need a multicultural lens.
